Return Application

If you would like to return a product, please complete the following steps:

1. Fill Out the Return Form

1.1. Contact us on WhatsApp and we will send you a form. Fill the form correctly.

1.2. Include your order number, the reason for the return, and your contact information.

2. Contact Us

2.1. Email the completed Return Form or send it at 0335-8100837 to initiate the return process.

3. Prepare the Package

3.1. Securely package the product with all original packaging and include the completed Return Form.

3.2. Clearly mark the return address provided by our customer service team on the package.

4. Shipping

4.1. Ship the package to the address provided by our customer service team. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.

5. Refund or Exchange

5.1. Once we receive your returned product, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund or exchange.
